Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include: The hourly base rate of pay for this internship starts at $18.00, and may increase based on major and class standing. This internship will focus on IT customer service communications processes, including • Developing customer guidance on how to use IT services effectively • Interacting with IT customers to train them on IT products and/ or resolving customer desktop issues with Windows 10 / 11 • Analyzing and resolving end user computer problems • Assisting with mobile device staging and configuration • Assisting with end of life processing for mobile devices • Assisting with computer account administration • Analyzing and resolving end user computer problems Required Qualifications Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5. Must be a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university, or within one year after finishing a degree program. Must have completed freshman year of college. Must successfully complete Savannah River Site General Employee Training and substance abuse processing. We'd Also Like to See • Strong communication skills. • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Possess good interpersonal skills • Have a customer service focus.
