Whom we are looking for: A proactive Social Media Manger who balances creative thinking with analytical excellence. What you’ll do: You will lead 111SKIN’s global social media strategy across all channels. This means a balanced approach between creative tasks such as producing content and commissioning shoots, as well as managing the various platforms and analysing data to drive performance on the other hand. What success looks like: You will help to grow an engaged 111SKIN community while helping to evolve and elevate the brand’s content. Duties and responsibilities: Drive 111SKIN’s global social media strategy to increase following, engagement and related metrics – with a focus on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Establish distinct content pillars and target audiences for each channel. Own the editorial/content calendar across all channels and tools with regular post cadence. Oversee community management and engagement (reshares, commenting etc.) in partnership with our community coordinator. Produce high quality content both independently or by commissioning through creators and a wider network of photographers; work closely with the in-house creative team to manage shoots and video productions. Build an engaged 111SKIN community by connecting with VIPs, celebrities, KOLs and other talent, in partnership with our in-house PR team. Establish a distinctive brand identity through tone of voice and visual language to elevate 111SKIN across all social channels. Advise on paid partnerships to ensure briefs and final content are optimised for performance, delivering on our goals. Investigate opportunities to expand 111SKIN’s reach on other platforms, such as YouTube. Establish partnerships with other brands, retailers and spa accounts for collaborative posts etc. Oversee and report on performance, weekly and monthly. Communicate results to the appropriate stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 – 5 years of experience in social media management, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or luxury lifestyle space. A portfolio with elevated examples of creative work you have either produced or commissioned for social media channels. Proficiency in creative tools and platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro. Photography/videography skills advantageous. Outstanding written, presentation and verbal communications skills, with the ability to distil messages into clear, compelling communications in a variety of formats.
