Professional couple is seeking a playful and engaging nanny to provide afternoon care for their three-year-old son. The child has high functioning autism, so nannies with experience caring for children on the spectrum are encouraged to apply. Nannies who will actively engage the child and do well with consistency and structure will be a great fit for this family. Duties to include general childcare and driving the child to and from appointments. The child’s grandmother visits for ½ the year and enjoys spending time with the child and nanny. This family has a housekeeper, so no non childcare related duties are required. Candidates who make easy connections with children and enjoy playing with them will do well in this position.
Location: Montrose, 77006
Children: 3 year old
Pets: Dog and Cat
Schedule: Mon-Fri 2p-6p
Duties will include:
General childcare
Tidying up after child
Children’s laundry
Children’s meal prep
Driving the child
Compensation:
Guaranteed consistent pay 52 weeks per year
Paid holidays
Paid vacation
Mileage reimbursement for on the job driving or use of family provided car
Start Date: ASAP
