Job Overview: The Sales Supervisor for Peak 1 Express, AVA Rafting & Zipline, and Breckenridge Ski & Sport will assist in the supervision of Sales Agents, manage comprehensive group bookings and relationships with partner companies, and complete complex projects using web-based reservations system.



You will be a part of the Sales Management Team, and thus involved in daily and weekly management meetings, guest service issues, and assisting Sales Agents as needed. You will be expected to monitor and report on agent performance as needed. Additionally, the Supervisor will sell and book guest reservations using comprehensive knowledge of all AVA, BS&S, and P1E activities, services, outposts, lodging, policies, and procedures. You will assist the Call Center Manager in the management of activity partner relationships and billing.



You may also be involved in training and onboarding, ongoing development, lead management, call performance monitoring, sales strategy, and in the development and sales future business ventures.



Job Responsibilities:
Manage Call Center Staff during AVA, BS&S, and P1E seasons

Day-to-day agent oversight/assistance
Track staff performance, including but not limited to: sales per week, sales per season, reservation errors, live chat transcripts, product knowledge, and guest compliments or complaints
Provide feedback and coaching for sales staff
Assist Call Center Manager in sales agent and supervisor work schedules; manage attendance and timeliness of staff
Update staff as needed on products, including but not limited to: water levels, discounts, trip capacities, trip closures, or road conditions
Assist Call Center Manager with sales staff hiring, onboarding, training, and development as needed
Contribute to sales team meetings
Recognize staff achievements and hard work through various programs, including but not limited to: rewards, competitions, staff lunch, and shout-outs

Work with AVA, BS&S, & P1E Guests

Take sales and guest service calls. Create quotes and reservations
Troubleshoot reservation problems
Address upset guests and communicate issues with appropriate operations teams
Send out leads lists and post-trip, follow-up lists as needed
Respond to guest feedback, both good and bad, including but not limited to: direct contact via phone and email, survey responses, Trip Advisor, and Yelp
Assist and manage large and custom group bookings
Build custom trips as needed

Assist in Maintaining AVA, BS&S, & P1E Reservations Systems

Update capacities with all reservation systems as needed
Troubleshoot system issues
Build and maintain guest communication media within reservations systems, including but not limited to confirmation emails, quotes, and reminder emails
Ensure that all 3rd party reservations systems have accurate information and update as needed
Coordinate with AVA ops Managers to maintain trip capacities and motivate sales agents to sell particular trips to achieve maximum efficiency

Support Call Center Manager with AVA, BS&S, & P1E Partner Companies

Ensure good communication with all partners on a daily or as-needed basis depending on the time of year
Address and minimize any problems brought up by partners or by AVA/BS&S/P1E sales staff and operations staff
Assist with implementing new relationships

Oversee Sales/Call Center Financials

Track sales goals and update daily at a minimum
Handle refunds and voids as needed
Find and address outstanding balances on reservations
Reconcile credit card batch daily
Assist with chargebacks
Sell and create gift certificates

Work Closely with P1E, BS&S, & AVA Operations Managers

Attend operations meetings (SCRUM)
Ensure accurate trip capacities
Communicate guest issues needs/special requests
Move guests on trips that don’t meet minimums as needed
Address operational concerns and answer reservation-specific questions
Communicate operational changes and updates to sales staff

Other projects may be assigned by the Sales & Marketing Director, Call Center Manager, or CEO.

Expectations & Work Structure:

Full-time role (base 40 hours/week)
Days off in addition to your regular days off may result in unpaid days
2 weeks off in spring and fall to be determined at a later date
